Okay I'm 14 and I'm around 5'4 and like 138lbs next to a belly that doesnt hang over, a moment ago kind of sticks out. I do walk to the gym twice a week but the thing is is that I chomp through fast food profoundly and drink a lot of soda/pop I be just wondering if anyone have any tips on how to stop eating so much rapid food and how to lose about 10 pounds?

try to cut down that non healthy stuff. you enjoy to say to yourself "will this assist me accomplish my goal?" devour stuff like yogurt or a low calorie chewy handrail for a snack. (special k is good) you can even keep a short time food diary. (i know it sounds funny) and write down everything you eat that daytime. another good point to do is cut down portions of meals. for example no "seconds". drink lots of dampen too. let's read out you've just eat and you're stomach is growling, drink some water instead. that fill me up all the time. i dream up bread and flour are some things to cut down on too. if i go out to get through then i other order sea to drink. and another thing you can do is share a suppertime with someone.

Hun, at 14 and near your height, you are not overweight and besides, your body is going through change. What you can do, however is eat in good health; the fast food is so astronomically dignified in calories and large. Did you know a burger has over 500calories some as lofty as 800?! add the fries and soda *sugar* and you own consumed nearly all the calories for soon in one dinnertime and more fat than you should.
If you approaching soda, switch to diet but cut down and drink a lot of marine. There are fast food places immediately that are a healthier choice such as Subway.
Also, ask mom to stock up on fresh fruit and veggies such as carrot sticks. I approaching mine dipped in low cal/low fat dairy farm dressing, it satisfies my entail for crunch.
Just eat fit, stay active and study portion control.

I cant loose weight?

first of all stop drinking pop...its horrible for you and make you bloated from all the carbonation. I would suggest going and working out more than twice a week...i would read aloud more like 5 times a week..it doesnt other have to be hardcore running but do something busy for 30 minutes a day (walking a dog, taking a jog). Even conceivably try starting to light bulk lifting program because weight lifting speeds up metabolism. this is what i do year round to maintain in shape for college basketball. and to devour better (i know this sounds kind of bad) but below par put a picture of me where im looking not my best and put it somewhere where not a hundred percent see it a lot (like my computer background/fridge and it help motivate me a little). hope this helps out a bit

Sweetie, you don't hold to lose that much weight. You simply have to start replacing the pop next to water and, if you're gonna bring back fast food, pick salads or other better selection. It is best to drink 8-16 cups of water a hours of daylight, and make sure your workout have at least 15-30 minutes of cardio (walking, running, dance, swimming, etc). I hope that all works out economically.

Just forget almost the soda. Doesn't matter if it's regular or diet. They're like. I've lost a lot of consignment just by going to the gym 3-4 days a week. I stopped drinking soda. Now, I'll probably enjoy like a 20 oz. bottle of coke once every two weeks comparing to 2-4 bottles everyday. I tried to cut on the nifty food too. I do like BK and still enjoy it once a week or so. But just scrutinize out for the fast food stuff. Try to slow it down a bit bit. I don't know...Instead of getting a double quarter pounder get like a grilled chicken sandwich beside small sides...
