Yes, some girls have heavy period and some have light, it depends on your body, so dont stress over it it's not a big traffic i go through 3 a day and its fitting you change them out ever 4-5 hours so you wont get TSS. Yes, when you hold your period, you go through a ton of tampons and pad. Perfectly normal, so don't worry.
