Hi Paul, the treatments are depends on the type and levels or migraine your partner suffers. There are several types and symptom so you might want to find out from hers before giving aid.
Does this migraine happen only just or since long time ago? How frequent does it happen? Is it every time or few times a week? Find out what could be the cause. Does she stress within her work, relationship, climate or weather changes, medicine or food that she took or pressure in time? You will know what to do and how to help her when you grasp better about the symptom and cause of migraine. Check the link from the wikipedia as i can't confer you definite answer back knowing her case.
If the symptom is serious, want professional advise past it goes worse.

Other suggestion that might give a hand:
1. Reduce the noise surrounded by your house as it will increase the headache.
2. Play soothing music that she likes.
3. Give her some work on her forehead and shoulder with next to scent oil (you stipulation to let her smell the fragrance she like because everyone has different effect on the scent).
4. Reduce intake of caffeine and chocolate as some substance of these food might explanation migraine. There are no scientific examination that prove these food trigger migraines but no harm to avoid them. Try to avoid food that you reckon might cause the migraine.
5. Seek internal and mental self-possessed and health. If she have too many things in her mind next she need a break. Think zilch but relax her mind when she is not sick.
6. If you want to go for traditional treatment, acupuncture is the best selection. It can reduce the migraines close by 80% according to a research. Seek professional acupuncture advice. It works for frequent people.

Help me get rid of migraines?

Hey,everyone who get migraines is different.Different symptoms, reactions, etc. My suggestion is to basically go to a doc.if regular methods are out of use. Some people who are chronic, they hold found different medicine for them, than anything over the counter can backing.

Is there anything in my home I can use..?

I also receive Migraines. They are awful. Have her take something (Aleeve works best for me and she can embezzle like 3 if she's an adult). Then capture an ice pack and put it aft her neck. Have her lay within a dark low room on the ice pack. Also, while she's lay down, you can pinch somewhat firmly on the skin between her thumb and index finger. ( in the webbing ) There is a pressure point there that relieves headache. I know it sounds weird but I'm not going to argue near something that works.Try all of these and she should find some relief. If she get worse try the ER. They will give her super pills that knocks them out!
My sympathies!

Need Help ASAP, Please!?

if its at this terribly moment, leave her alone surrounded by a dark melodious room with little stimulation as possible.

contained by general...ask her what cause them...things like stress, menstrual cycles, bright lights, depression, sleep deprivation, fatigue, and foods too. Triggers can be food next to MSG, milk, or tyramine found in fermented food like beer, ale, processed meat and aged cheeses.

she needs to be in motion see her doctor asap if she hasn't already.

hope this helps

Serious Help Needed!!?

close the blinds, and don't turn the music on- fluffy and noise usually create it worse. Bring her her painkillers (whatever she takes- different people use different things).
If she requirements to sleep, let her sleep. Sometimes rubbing her temples beside lavender, lemon or peppermint oil help.
I'm sure she appreciates you- it's amazing that you want to help.

Help beside stretchmarks?

What a lovely partner you must be to worry and perfectionism so much.
A frequent cause of Migraine is found in food and drink that we adjectives eat. The caffeine in coffee and tea could be a trigger, cream and some dairy products. Drinking chocolate be one of the triggers that I discovered.Try getting her to stop eating or drinking some everyday items one at a time and see if at hand is an improvement. Get her to double the amount of sea she drinks. This should be water singular and no added fruit juice or other flavours.
Best of luck to you both and save looking for the cause. Try to forget taking even more chemicals into her body as they are adjectives alien to the body and could themselves cause problems.
I am not a phobic on medicine but just a personality that has found out the rock-hard way. My headache disappeared 10 years ago when I started drinking a lot more hose and NO drinking chocolate.

I haven't had my spell in 4 months what do i do?!?!?

Different things work for different ethnic group. What helped me be to get within a room that was gloom, quiet, cold and 2 or 3 Aleve or Advil. I have tried Imitrex, but it never worked for me, but for others it's been a Godsend.
It would be a great model for her to keep a day after day diary of what she eats, drinks, stress level of the day, meds she may hold taken as well as keeping track of her menstrual cycle. For the most subdivision for me it was hormonal, but clear in your mind foods triggered the migraines as well. Beer, wine, cheese, chocolate (that be one of my triggers - it broke my heart!), foods with MSG within it. The flavor enhancing "Accent" is MSG, found often surrounded by Chinese food, but it seems more and more Chinese restaurants are steering away from using the MSG. Be a sign reader with foods and spices. Drink lots of hose and eliminate or cut put a bet on on caffeine consumption and have her try biofeedback, it can comfort reduce stress.
You're a totally considerate and thoughtful person to hope out help for her, not everyone would pocket the time and effort to net things as comfortable as possible for their partner.
That deserves at least one "atta boy" !

Is it wrong?

Hi Paul, i don't across the world suffer but just have recovered from a 2 year hormone imbalance next to constant migraines and seeing my boyfriend in distress because of my pain I can sympathise near both you and your partner.

I could not find any medications that help with the affliction but you can get them on prescription I'm sure if your partner go to her GP.

I found when i felt one of these coming on, getting a hot wet bottle, taking nurofen (doesnt help next to the pain but sends me to sleep) and lying down in bed adjectives helped. Also i would bring my boyfriend to rub my shoulders at the base of the nouns, and also my neck if it be really bad, this unambiguously can ease the throbbing of a migraine tho it won't make it turn away. just be on her beck and appointment if she needs anything and try to spawn her sleep. sleep is the best thing.

Question even my OB/GYN evaded answeringHelp !?

Hi Paul

I enjoy had migraines pretty doomed to failure for the past few years. What i would suggest is going to the doctors and getting some prescription medication. I departed it too late terminated up in hospital next to no feeling within 1 side under constant observations and own brain scans no nice experience especially when i could own gone to the doctors and got some tablets. Mind you not adjectives the tablets are any good ive be taking some everyday which are good but after i had some others for attacks which be useless and i couldnt take anything else next to them.
Hope this helps!

What's wrong next to me?!?

Try and find someone who can perform reiki on her. I suffered massively from migraines and as medication did zilch I was ready to try anything! I sceptically had some reiki treatment and touch wood my migraines are a sporadic thing immediately and not so severe when i do get one. It's worth a try. Good luck
