Being a cervical cancer survivor, I NEVER go wrong to get an annual pap exam. I also get hold of an annual mammogram, as I have a female-sided history of breast cancer.
Also annually, I hold a full physical exam & blood work done to make sure nearby isn't something happening that shouldn't be.
But to answer your sound out, my last exam be January.
