Could it be precipitate miscarriage?

i've been have funny looking pink, flesh-coloured clots which i dun use to have when i be younger. i only started have the clots since last yr and my cramps seem to be to have worsen. is within any possibilities that it could be a v early miscarriage that i dun even know nearly it? what should i do now? i m have my period very soon.
