How long do you wear pantyliners?
i use them when i feel mortified with the discharges (not time of year discharge), but how long can you wear them? And how often? I hear somewhere that it's not good for your (something about) vaginal symmetry. Is that true? Sorry if the question is gross, and thank you surrounded by advance.

You know I wear a pantyliner everyday. I wear one from morning til darkness. When I am on my period, I do the wipe thing. But it is not unusual to wear a pantyliner everyday especially when it is cold and if I sweat it up during the day, I may transformation it.
ummm...It's kind of a "nobraineruseyourownjudgement" type of item. If it feels approaching it needs changed, change it. If it's going to be awhile formerly you can change it, I'm pretty sure it won't do any spoil. I mean, you don't really devolution your underwear every couple of hours, do you?
i think you should single wear it for an hour or two. then exchange it after another one to two hours have gone by. yeah, its kinda discouraging cause the germs that is found surrounded by the vagina area, except, it can cause rash, bumps, ect. that's all i know, i hope i help in some opening.
I normally use approximately 4 contained by a day. It's not nourishing to leave them short changing for too long because obviously they get . um, gross. As for whether or not it is respectable to use pantyliners, well, unless you are ready to change your underwear several times a sunshine, you are not going to feel dry and verbs are you?
