She said her mouth has a unpromising smell.and she checked her teeth and lips near a doctor.and it was flawless.What is her problem

Perhaps she should try changing her diet for a few weeks. Eating seriously of fruits, vegetables and fiber rich foods. This may help verbs out her system therefore cleaning the smell in her mouth.
She may also enjoy her tonsils checked. She may have what is call tonsilith. These are white stone like pieces that can be found contained by the back of her throat.
