Yes it is a little big for your age.

Make sure you capture good supportive bras for you as you obtain bigger.

If it ends up being a problem near your health (back twinge, etc) you should look into relieving those issues through a reduction (that can be covered by insurance, it covered my moderation from a J cup to a C cup100%).

Oh and make sure you are within the properly sized bra. Go to Nordstroms or JCPenney or Sears (Victoria Secret can't size big breasted women correctly, I've tried them and they are crap) and get fitted for a bra. When to be exact done get some devout supportive bras for you :)
