you can choose your form of anesthesia, a moment ago talk to the surgeon or the anesthesiologist the hours of darkness before the surgery.

It depends on you. If you want to be asleep, an anesthesiologist will gladly distribute you systemic anesthesia. Whatever you want.

How can i send communication through fax?

I don't think so. You wouldn't enjoy adequate dull pain relief and they probably have need of to relax your muscles so the surgeons don't have to row to keep the incision plain, so you wouldn't be able to breath suitably.

Is it possible that breasts continue to grow after 19(not including pregnancy)?

There should be no sense why you won't be "out" during your surgery. And, there's no function for you to have a spinal block when you are going to be "asleep."

I sure hope you discuss this, and any other question you have almost your upcoming surgery, with your doctor!
