Read the directions on the pamphlet in the box. It might be easier to try the slender tampons first, but they need to be changed more frequently when your flow is heavier. It might steal a few tries but it's a cinch once you get the hang down of it.

No, not at adjectives. You'll want to start with the smallest size available (usually call Juniors), and put a little Vaseline or KY Jelly on the tip of the applicator so it won't rub going in. Follow the instructions on the insert, which enjoy pictures and are easy to read between the lines. Make sure you don't leave it contained by for more than 7 hours.

It hurts the first time you try it. You have to read the instructions really scrupulously and make sure to buy one beside an applicator. Although I don't really recommend it since you're kind of immature, just use tampons if at hand's a real want for it, like if you own to go swimming or doesn`t matter what.

i own the same problem as you! only just use thin pad at first and everytime you get your extent try tampons and you might get it. on the first try next to them you wont because i didnt. pads are horrible but a short time ago keep trying next to tampons and hopefully things will get easier for you! dont verbs alot of girls go through matching thing as you.

Hey there hon. Its alright. Im a 15 year weak girl and the first time I did it I was 12. The cool entry is that when you get a box within are step by step instrucions and tips to help you out. The first time its for a moment uncomfy and painful especially if you dont receive it in adjectives the way. But once you bring back it in of late right, you cant even feel it! Basically it simply takes rather practice before you can do it really powerfully. The first ones I used were playtex and they have a really smooth plastic applicator that works really well - better than the cardboard ones I'd read aloud!
