EMERGENCY!! HELP!! what should i do?
i have my spell and it is really, really heavy. i do NOT wear tampons and i am not going to. anyway i hold camp tomorow and it is 8 and a partly hours long! we will be sitting on the floor most of the time and i am going crazy! what should i do? PLEASE HELP ME!

ok so, despite other answers, one pad for 8 hours is NOT plenty, well it technically is, but if you're sitting down the unbroken time etc it will feel disgusting and adjectives gooey because it will be puddled in one spot on the wad. i say exchange it about partially way through.
AND THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE - where on earth black bottoms, pants doesn`t matter what, and take a jersey just surrounded by case you requirement it in an emergency to tie around your squander because sometimes pads can overflow.
