Answers:    yes it is still possible but conceiving could prove difficult. newly keep trying and dont stress . have a chat near your doctor he could put you on hormones to boost your chances. good luck x.
Honey - yes, you can.

My mother be 39, had 1/3 of an ovary AND endometriosis. She had a wholesome 8 lb, 7 oz baby girl - that would be me...;)

My mom SWEARS by the diet she was on since she got pregnant with me. It be called the 29 egg a week diet (I think). Go see a nutritionist who can help you develop the right diet plan so that you are drinking healthy (yes, food, vitamins and exercise have a LOT to do next to it) and make sure to get your thyroid checked and see a fertility specialist.

Good luck, honey!.
IF your BMI is more than 29 and you're not ovulating, you may have need of to make lifestyle changes, such as drinking a healthy diet and exercising, will help you lose excess consignment. This can increase your chances of getting pregnant. You can still get pregnant but its somewhat harder. good luck x

.
You could still have children but it may be profusely more difficult than if you had two healthy ovaries.
