What are some well brought-up cardio exercises for thighs, abs, and butt?
All of the answers on here say that the bearing to go is cardio. I cant afford another pyshical amusement so do you have a perfect in-home exercise for each of the three areas?

ok I have a sneaking suspicion that this is a good one that I do sometimes lay down on ur put a bet on start off doin 10 sit ups, next change it and put your legs up and roll them roun for 10 times( this hurts but works) later put your legs up and down back and forth it works.for but u can do launch...thats when u walk but u put one leg contained by front of the other and bare down.or you can achieve on ur knees and put your legs bak and forth
lie on your back and brace foot agasint floor. Thrust pelvis up towards ceiling; hold and clench butt. Repeat. Butt
Sit ups; slowly! Abs
go briskly up stairs; do this as a ahabit; two at a time; whenever you see stairs. Slow squat and return to adjectives; retreat. Quads/thighs
Fellow women, this may seem similar to a weird ask but seriously maybe you've deal with it too?
Crunches..while sitting @ a stop restrained, watching TV, doing dishes, folding laundry etc. tighten your whole body, hold for the count of 10 release. Do again..or freshly tighten your abs, tush and thighs. Do several times a day. Can't achieve any cheaper than that..have fun and keep under surveillance for the results..
