I don't understand how they work because i am a 30c and my friend is a 34b so which one is bigger? she looks much bigger than me so i a short time ago don't understand how it works! is a 28dd in fact quite small afterwards? can anyone explain??

actually what most women dont know is that every time you translate band sizes (the number) the cup size change too. so a 34 c is smaller in the cup than a 36 c. bras enjoy sister sizes which means that the cups are like peas in a pod but the band is different for example
30C 32B AND 34A adjectives have indistinguishable cup size but the 30 c will be smaller around than the 34a here is a chart with some sister sizes on it
