i have a great deal of upper back cramp and bras make it worse. be fitted for one at victoria secrets and that one hurt too. very soon i just wear cotton ones. i am between a B and C cup, i reflect. what is comfy?

Get sized at Nordstroms or Sears or JCPenney since most of us are in the wrong size bra. They will properly size you and then facilitate you find a good bra for your breasts.

Oh, don't bring fitted at VS since they don't size correctly (personal experience and feedback from other women I've talked to).
