ok i asked the question how do i lose wheight short starving myself.. ably all these answers be simple do activities but i do i drink river and im the heliest kid in my people.. so my mom says..i am not going to the doctor... i in recent times don want fat sticking out when i where on earth tiht jeans or a swimsuit it is inberrising i am not big im not tiny im like average i am small still own fat i do not want and it bothers me what do i do?? please relief everyone else didnt

it depends where on earth you have the butter. if it's in a place approaching your arms or legs try weights and windsor pilates three times a week. If it's in your stomach, try crunches and again pilates three times a week. You won't notice results right away but TRUST ME! they come inwardly a few weeks! just stick to it! another entry you might try is don't drink just sea, water weightiness is really noticable in tight jeans and swim suits. Drink V8 and other protiene drinks. Stay away from pop and bunches of carbs. To spring start your "spare tire weight loss" as i telephone call it, try eating a salad beside fruit and nuts for a week.
