If you truly weigh only 63 pounds, you are outstandingly skinny indeed and do need to gain some consignment or you will die. If, as I suspect, you are not sure how many actual pounds you weigh, and you look overweight, as you said, you could want to lose a few pounds. However, if you need to lose freight, you won't go wrong by drinking mainly protein (eggs, cheese, meat) and vegetables (a rainbow of colors every afternoon...red, orange, ashen, green, blue) I promise this will make you lose cargo if, indeed, you are overweight. If, you are actually underweight, this will not serve you gain but will allow you to stay healthy. And the protein will hang on to you from being hungry. For exercise, if you don't approaching it much, try walking every day for a partly hour, just around the neighborhood. You could run a block and after walk a block, after run a block and walk a block. I found this works wonders for your physical well-being.
