What healthy foods to guzzle after laproscopy surgery for endometriosis?

I'm having laproscopy surgery surrounded by a couple weeks for the second time for my endometriosis. I have a celebratory 3 weeks after the surgery in which I am a bridesmaid and I be wondering what healthy foods to drink after the surgery. The first time I had surgery within highschool I gained close to 5 lbs and I can't afford to do that this time since my dress is being made right very soon and can't be altered again. I have be exercising and losing weight former times few months for this event and I would hate to try on my dress and it doesn't fit. Any hearty suggestions so I can stay fit before the celebratory?

Period Pains?

Women with Endo appear to benefit from a diet that largely consists of (daily) fresh (i.e., bottled) water intake; 3-4 servings of fresh, green leafy veggies; 2 servings of red/orange veggies; 2 servings of fresh fruit; 2-3 servings of in one piece grain (rice, oats, quinoa, buckwheat, etc...tons Endo women are intolerant of wheat, so you might want to exclude that); at least 30 grams of soaring fiber (may come from the fruits and veggies); complex carbs such as legumes; and lean proteins. Avoidance of caffeine, alcohol, smoking, and products which contain heavy metals approaching copper (which has be shown to be associated with superior estrogen levels within women with Endo as okay as increased cyst formation, and thus increased symptoms) has also be preached among the community members. Intake of supplements similar to vitamins A, D, C, B6, and E along with calcium, magnesium and zinc are also recommended. The belief is to also stay away from foods high surrounded by preservatives, dyes, fat, "bad" carbs, and sugars (sodas, processed foods, etc.). The upside, contained by addition to potentially relieving any continuing symptoms you might own with your Endo, is keep or even loss of weight after your surgery.
