What do you do when you surface alone?
Answers: Eh. I eat chocolate, pinch a bubble bath, read some good magazine, and watch some good shows on tv. And consequently when I feel good nearly myself, I try to get back out nearby. That's the way to go. If you can't attain back out there, you will never know how to heal..
i close my eyes and rember my grandpa and my grandma and think of how they would want me to live my vivacity i then out aside me sad state of mind and find the postive of whats going on in my life and draw my happyness from that and later tell myself it will be better or that it could be worse and that god is watching over me and everything will be ok I don't really know what to say other later that alot of people are feeling approaching you are...loneliness is a very common condition. Maybe you should try doing things where on earth you can meet new friends close to joining a club or enroling on a college course or doing volentry work...it will make you feel better and you might gross new friends..
Well i just wallow in myself.. Or any thing that'll distract my taughts.. Besides, i still have those who love me and why would i dwell on those who doesn't love me at adjectives?.. like my parents and my mates, for example? i relate them all problems i have, and, eventually, they will contribute me some advice and my bad fear will go away.. there's no such thing as "ALONE", there's still ppl who will sustain you whatever sorrows ur going through.. Life goes on.. Don't only dwell on some bad things cuz if you do, you'll just miss those obedient things that will happen.. you neevr knew what will come to pass in the future.. So, Lets live our go.. Move on!

I've been feeling similar to that for awhile, But not really that sad. I just chill beside my pets, help people here on yahoo.
I do preference friends would call though. aw well.

I think give or take a few the people I love and how much they love me. Somewhere out there is other someone who loves you more than you know. Think about them. It always make me smile. watch tv, exercise/workout (relieves stress/take out anger), chill with the fam. .
I progress in my room get surrounded by my bed and lay down. Put on music and dance around the house for about 30-45 minutes..
I listen to Simple Plan when I'm fear like that, they're very righteous at describing those situations in their songs. I enjoy every minute of it....hahaha! Not that I don't approaching people, I do, but I just love the nouns of silence..
i cry... go on the computer and look up things you know will cheer you up..
call a friend that lives far away to speak to ..
watch movies... [preferably happy]
talk to a pet.. .
I keep watch on my favorite movies and find something productive/crafty to do. wankin...

go rub one out, definately. take biddable care honey feel alright and start writing answers to pple that course u will feel better.
how about when you enjoy not had a friend for 4 years straight i listen to music.
