Has Anyone experienced varying PMS symptoms?
Answers:
It's adjectives part of the PMS syndrome. Hate to articulate this, but sometimes as you age, you will notice even more symptoms close to migraines, nausea, dizziness, backache, constipation. There's hope though as long as you get lots of sleep, avoid caffeine (coffee, colas) and brackish, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Start that regimen a week in the past your period is due and you'll see a difference.
Abnormal interval? What can I do?
every once in a while I achieve that too just dont freak out thinking your pregnant or anything. A womans body is unpredictable. Right guys :)Let's see- I enjoy moodiness, fatigue, horrible cramping, breakouts, soreness in my muscles, and I've had depression and anxiety (caused by PMS, of course). Basically, your feminine parts are still growing, along with your hormones. So you will observe different things, but if anything hurts (besides cramping or back pain) it may be a moral idea for a check up.
hope this help!
yeah. happens to me every so repeatedly. it concerns me a little, but when i capture check-ups all have been economically.
