Lost voice...How do I get it support?

I had a virus nearly two weeks ago and my throat hurt really bad. I go to the doctor and they said it wasn't strep. I was able to homily then but immediately I can't. When I talk, my voice is really low and not very loud. I am not competent to sing in church or even talk surrounded by a high pitched voice. I thought I should own gotten my voice back by immediately but it still sounds weird. How do I obtain it back soon?

don't talk alot, and when you do, don't try to shush, it actually strains you throat more. The just way to capture full recovery is to hold the time to heal. You will be singing again in no time!

Happens to me alot , hot lemonade, if you don't have it create it, lemon juice, river sugar in a microwave. I find honey too gooey.
