PHYSICAL DISABILITY, LATEX ALERGy, CAN'T TAKE PILL: In Need of Contraception Advice?

I'm a woman with paraplegia and can't find any clad information about contraception for women close to me. I need to know something like MENS POLYURETHANE CONDOMS and SPERMICIDES. I can't find anything about these beside women with my nature of disabilities and I want to know their effectiveness when used together. I can find this information for anybody but not specified to someone close to me and the majority of the information I find gives me statistics that the two together are 95% decisive but if this because of user error then that may be a problem for someone similar to me. I know I can go to a doctor but does anybody here know where on earth else I can get this answered?

Thanks contained by advance:)

Having have a tumour damaging one of my adrenal glands will this affect my menopause.?

They do factor user error into dead loss rates. Using polyurethane condoms and spermicide together, and properly every time, you should be fine.

Is it hormones or is it depression - help please.?

you can buy trojans supra condoms or durex avanti condoms, both are latex free and are said to own the same usefulness of regular condoms. also you can buy them with spermicide already on the condom which is even more impressive

Should i be concerned that my buddy hit me in my ovaries?

You should know how to use any kind of non-latex condom contained by conjunction with a spermicide. I don't estimate your disability will have any impact on the usefulness of these two together.

Other alternatives include an IntraUterineDevice(IUD) that your doctor will implant within an out-patient appointment and will protect you for 8 years or until you have it removed. Another picking is some kind of Depo-Provera shot that will protect you from pregnancy for 3 months at a time. The downside is that neither of these protect you from STDs.

moral luck!

Is This Stress Or Something Else?

condom alone, if used responsibly, gives you in the region of 90%. spermicides add this other 2-8% efficacy but are relatively messy and take away form "spontaneity" of experience. besides polyurethane, in that is something "natural" on the market, and i am sorry i don't muse over the brand ( was made from something animal, be a little thinner than the polyurethane thing) i hold used it, it is no worse than the others, and is not latex.
