Some effective products for getting rid of nausea,vomiting,and dizzyness during your spell?

For the pass 11 months or so I've spent the first two days notion really sick. Puking alot, being dizzy and tired.

I in recent times got a career and am supposed to start on monday, and i don't think it would look obedient having to miss the first daytime because of being sick over this.

So what are some well-mannered products that will stop me from feeling this approach? I need more Over the Counter stuff because I can't turn to the doctor.

I know that ginger is honourable for nausea, and if you are getting headaches it could be that you enjoy a iron deficiency, and it shows up even worse when you are on your time. Go over to the health food store and buy you a bottle of gooey chlorophyll. The mint flavor and fallow the instructions on the bottle.

Emotrol is the best OTC product for nausea. If you have brawny menstrual cycles, you could be anemic and that could be causing your symptoms. I know you said you can't see a doctor but you REALLY want to.
