I own had something resembling you are describing at one point and i am a virgin as well. I surmise they are like sweat bumps or ingrown hair. They go away after a moment or two time. I don't think they are anything to chief
They could be from ingrown hairs or you could enjoy some type of cyst-- I have have them before. They clear up on their own within a few days. Some actually popped. I gain one every so often. My obgyn said nil to worry just about.
it may be infection of the hair follicle.
a short time ago get ur blood-sugar level checked.

You may involve antibiotic to prevent sever infection.
