If you're not sexually moving, some doctors will prescribe you birth control pills without giving you a gynecological exam. I get mine without an exam.

You're not supposed to. OCP's pose risks for certain race which is why the doc needs to see you up to that time you take any. Of course, I'm sure some ancestors might find a way around that.
