Bumps on labia minora?

i have frequent little tiny bumps on the inside wall of my labia minora.. maybe give or take a few 50 or 60.
not painful, VERY small,
if you squeeze them white comes out almost approaching a pimple.
but its not a pimple because they've been at hand as long as i can remember.
i'm very close near my mom, and she says she have them too and its normal, but im not so sure, cuz my friends don't own it.
i dont want to go see a doctor, because these lumps aren't getting in the process of my everyday life, im of late asking this out of curiousity.
anyone know if it has a purpuse or something? or its merely there only just because.

But the white stuff in yours is probably a build up of dead skin cell that creates bumps, and when squeezed it oozes out.
