What does it mean to attain a spot of blood?

Ok.. This happened twice presently... I will use the bathroom and see a pin drop size of blood in my underwear. This happened yesterday and more or less a week and a half ago. My time isn't due for a few more weeks. Should I be worried? I don't have an OBGYN to bid and see what is going on.
