How do you know that you are really done have children?
I have a two yr dated son and a 1yr old daughter (15 months apart). It's so difficult have babies so close together, and I've had lots of back/pelvic discomfort since I had my first child. I'm not sure if it will get better. I cannot be on birth control, I've tried everything and I procure every side effect, plus I have depression and it make it way worse. So we're using condoms, which sucks. We've talk about him getting a vasectomy but we can't come to a finding. We're willing to adopt, but don't know much nearly it. I don't want to make a declaration I'll later regret.

I have five kids and my husband and I merely knew we be done. It was the first time contained by our married lives we agreed our baby making days be done. If you are not 100% sure then don't do it. I hold the Mirena IUD and love it.
Try an IUD (coil). Extremely effectual and non-chemical. And reversible.
