Question roughly walking...?

I've recently started a investigational routine where I waddle roughly 1 hour a day. It's not extremely steep but it does have a obedient incline towards the end. Before I step on my walk, I do a buoyant set of reps (10lbs). I eat pretty wholesome, I'm not a health nut, but I product sure what I'm eating is appropriate for my body. I was a short time ago wondering if I should expect to lose weight doing this (I'd really resembling to lose 10lbs within the subsequent few months), if it will tighten up my legs a little bit, or if this will freshly keep me contained by the shape I am in immediately?

Should I be embarressed by my bikini waxer?

Walking is an excellent exercise and if you are walking an hour a day next yes I would assume you would lose weight.

Walking is a great exercises... but if you wanna tighten up your legs try riding a bicycle.
