Is it ok to lose weight in a minute?

My husband and I are going to try for a baby this coming month. I am wanting to lose counterbalance before I pack on more toddler pounds. Is it ok to diet and excersize alot when you are tring to get pregnant.and while you are pregnant but dont know it however. Or should I just skulk? I had my daughter a touch over 2 years ago and I gained WAY too much counterweight with her (like 60 pounds!).I lost most but not adjectives of it and I dont want to start out my pregnancy overweight. We dont want to put off have a baby though because I am 20 and he is 26 and we want 5 kids so we really want to seize started.

You are without fault fine to diet and exercise while trying to get pregnant. You can also exercise adjectives throughout your pregnancy as well. I exercised when I be pregnant with my daughter and gain 18 pounds (after gaining 45 near my son). I think exercising help me with childbirth and breathing and even after she be born I was put a bet on on my feet quicker. I would suggest yoga when you grasp pregnant. It's relaxing and will help beside stretching and staying limber. Good luck!!

My mom made herself anorexic since she got pregnant and scarfed down tons of food. After she have me, she's gorgeous now. O.o

i worked out adjectives through my pregnancy. i gained 40 lbs and have lost it all in two weeks of giving birth. i'm pretty sure the reason i didn't gain any chubby was because i worked out, but my doctor did share me to take it flowing. i just maintain what i was doing when i get pregnant (which was jog about 3 miles a sunshine and weight lifting) i washed-out up the weights a little and made sure to settle up attention to how i was awareness. i also did a lot of yoga, which i quit while my belly be big, but that seemed to relieve my tummy get backbone to flat quite other.
you really just requirement to talk to your doctor give or take a few it though. that's what i did :)

Diet and exercises is moral at any time AS LONG AS YOUR DOING IT THE RIGHT WAY. Such as eating tough and taking brisk walks or going to the gym. After you are pregnant they keep a tight rein on your work outs to either pregnancy geared work outs and logically eating plenty healthy foods. Remember if you shift on a crash diet starve yourself or start exercising heavily to where you putting on greatly of muscle mass it will throw your periods bad. But if your diet and exercises with sense you will hold no problems. Talk with your doctor he will know how to give you some pointers on what route is the right way. Good luck TTC
