How to better myself?
well i have impressively extremely bad sleeping habits. I close-fisted I stay up for about 20 hours then jump to sleep for a 9 or 10 hours. but the problem is i stay up during the night instead of the day... and sleep during the sunshine...I am just 13 and it getting worst... I try to get up contained by the day so that I can be outside with my friends but i in recent times cant.
Answers: make urself stay up during the day even tho ur tired...eattttt!!
next around 8 u can go to bed...
then u should be conventional again, dont stay up later than 10pm
and since u need to travel to school DURING the day..i would suggest u fix this a bit quickly!.
Wake up a little early than you usually do. Then you'll feel tired so you'll go to bed more rapidly. Do this everyday until you're back to a good sleeping programme. Also, don't use the computer or watch TV - that will keep you up for HOURS.
If this doesn't work over time, you may hold health problems that you need to see a doctor for. But it basically sounds like you need to create a relaxing sleeping environment and stop staying up so postponed.
