I was told that consumption too much yogurt can cause a yeast infection. But consequently i heard that drinking it can cure it. Which is true?

I believe both. I use to administer my youngest yogurt daily and he other had thrush. His Ped. told me to stop giving it to him and it go away. I tried it again a few months ago and he got thrush again.

C ook food that get cold and have not be heated properly will cause yeast.But I don't know nearly the yogurt.Sometimes the thing that do issues can cure then as in good health.
