My Period should start today or tomorrow. I am having the worst abdominal cramps possible. Its like my average period pains, merely 100 times worse. I have be on mirena 6 months now, and every month the cramping a short time ago gets worse. It solely last for nearly two days, then it is adjectives better again.
Is it normal or should I be getting to the Dr?

I own Mirena also and did not experience what you are talking in the region of. It won't hurt to call the Dr's organization and let them know what is going on. Everyone is different and hopefully it will settle down and you can delight in having it resembling I do.
