Third spell in 30 days, is this typical?

I had a extent on between 10-15 of may. Then ANOTHER one between 23-28 of May. And now I'm on ANOTHER one purely starting today, not even 30 days, and i'm usually bang on the dot once a month. I just only just came past its sell-by date b/c a few months ago, but they were run of the mill after that until now? What could be cause it? I'm also 19 and weigh around 10 stone.
