What are the symptoms..?

for the most part its related to insulin resistance. RI cause the weight gain that supposedly throws everything else out of what. With a controlled diet and usually Metformin your body is desensitized to the insulin so your body uses it more effieciently...this also decrease production of androgens resulting in more regulated cycles. It is important to carry your cycles kick started because the inside layer of the uterus thickens respectively month and is normally expelled next to your period...if this doesn't come to pass it can increase your chances of uterine cancer and endometriosis. If PCOS is not here untreated you are at more of a risk of diabetes and heart disease. Congratulations on your weightloss and your normal cycles.
