I just found out I enjoy HPV, and advanced abnormal squamous cell on my cervix?

This was from my first pap smear. I'm 23. I'm going rear legs to my doc in a week to seize a biopsy, I guess, and they're doing something where they look at my cervix closer near a microscope. What does this mean for my fertility, standard health, should I explain to my ex (I'm currently single), and what are my chances of this progressing to cancer? I didn't enjoy any symptoms, and I've been tested for STDs earlier (which came rear negative) so I thought I was fine.

For your fertility it means within will be a decreased fortune in your becoming pregnant but not impossible or even unlikely. But even if you do enjoy cervical cancer, which you probably don't, then you will still take better bc it is early contained by the stage as you have no symptoms as of but (such as unexplained vaginal bleeding, very tender intercourse). If you are close to your ex and still have sexual relations next to him, then yes you should let somebody know him, but otherwise you dont have to if you dont discern comfortable. If you feel that he give you the hpv, then you should confront him courteously if you grain comfortable to.

I'm manifestly not an expert on this, but I would take your doctor's direction. Good for you for getting a pap smear.
I've heard that HPV surrounded by women is quite adjectives and I don't think it is any indication of STDs.
