When you go in swimming most people automaticly verbs themself's well next to soap,bodywash, shampoo, what ever they use to get verbs and that area is bit of your body so you are suppose to clean within, hair and adjectives clean, verbs, and clean!!

yes, you are supposed to wipe up your whole body deeply thoroughly..from head to toe and that does include your private parts as in good health. shampoo it front to back and don't forget to step down under too! and don't forget to rinse capably.

Irregular periods?

Just regular soap works, sometimes i use shampoo too for extra cleanliness. By douse, i deliberate she means "douche". You dont call for to douche really, unless you have sex, or are really smelly down in that. You can buy a douche kit at a pharmacy.its really unecessary to do it though.
