I don't care if its fighting fit or not, I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!! I'm 25 lb above avearge!! I haven't started puberty yet! PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I want to loose 20-30 lbs by August

You probably loathe to hear this but UP the activity. Not single do you burn more calories while doing it muscles burn more fat & calories even while resting.

It's summer so start focusing on fresh fruit & veggies. Any flab you do eat grill it or at minimum drain the hefty on a paper towel. Switch from potato chips to pretzels and breed you some jello pudding pops with skim milk & sugar free jello pudding & freeze them. They get great fudgesickles for a sweet treat that feels similar to cheating but isn't.

Instead of butter & jam on toast use in recent times the jam. Make poached or soft boiled eggs instead of fried. You don't own to get drastic. Just take home smarter choices.

Instead of spahetti sauce used diced tomatoes.

In one summer I lost 50 lbs. doing exercise & eating resembling this & it looked like I lost alot more because of firming up my muscles. The individual exercise I did was walking, bicycling, tennis & swimming. Things I enjoy anyway.

I won't say you'll lose that much surrounded by 6 wks. but with the muscles firmed up you'll look it. Good luck!

Stop looking at the number on the scale. Exercise once a year if you are serious and cut out all sugar and most of the carbs you chomp through. Fill up on fruits and vegetables, and some protein. Figure out what your percent body fat is and work beside that. You don't want to lose 20-30 pounds, you want to gain muscle and lose fat. This just about it positively and it will be easier to manage.
