Has anyone else ever felt this agency?

Every so often lately, I discern half approaching I'm going to puke, and half similar to I want something to eat. Has anyone else have this happen? Do you know what would basis this?

If you are not pregnant - then I would suppose either you are thirsting, and need to drink more hose or you are going too long without drinking and your blood sugar is low. Remember, if you drink caffeine -you have to drink twice as much sea due to the diuretic effect. If the latter is the problem - you don't have to get through a whole suppertime to prevent the drop in your blood sugar.
