Any good doctor would hold advised you that 70% of women will loose their period after a year or more on depot progesterone.
Sterilisation however tends to put together period problems worse, also it may increase the incidence of both pelvic dull pain and hysterectomy.
The correct spelling of sterilisation is by the way V-A-S-E-C-T-O-M-Y.

god i wish! mine r horrendous and i be sterilised 4 yrs ago. Regular as clockwork but bloody awful, pardon the pun.i have the jab twice and it sent me nutty.
lots of womanly friends have the thrust with no adverse effects and it eventually stops their period altogether, which they love.

i was sterilised at 28, 11 years ago and i regret it presently as my periods are irregular and extremely tight. had to hold it done due to high blood pressure but required it anyway.i would say its something to do near that as iv spoken to a lot of race who have suffered alike.
