How can I prevent my bras from making me sweat when it's hot?

I'm 13, a C cup, wear bras with much coverage and support, made of gluey material. I enjoy no choice, it's mom's strict and definite decree. Will they make me sweat greatly now that summer is coming? Is within anything I can do to avoid sweating (provided I gotta wear those bras, no other type is allowed)? Do such bras cause more sweat contained by the summer?

Go for a nice cotton bra near cotton padding or conceivably even spandex. It breathes and dries fast. Try to avoid nylon bras near nylon padding. If you be allowed to wear a bra not so padded, that would be upright too.

You need to address to your mom. Geez, that seems for a moment extreme to forbid any other type of bra. But that's another issue and another question, isn't it?

It depends on the textile the bra is made of, and honestly, Momma needs to get hold of over herself if YOU are not comfortable, sweaty, etc. If you can talk to her something like it, I'd recommend it.
