What are ovarian follicles and can this effect my fertility?

My pap test come back remarkable, potentially cancerous cells. I have my pelvic ultrasound today and my results were clear except for my ovaries, my departed which has a follicle 1.5cm and my right ovary hasmultiple small follicles, wat does this imply? I've been bleeding for 3 months straight and the doctors cant explain this on the other hand. Im booked in for an internal near possible biopsy's on the 18th june..im 23 have 2 children, im a short time worried

lol...I'd worry if you DIDNT hold follicles...they are the part of the ovary that contain eggs...so yes they indubitably DO affect fertility...no follicles...no eggs...no babies!!
I think you get the words mixed up(very easy to do when doctors are mumbling adjectives kinds of peculiar words!), it sounds like you own ovarian cysts. They are sometimes cancerous and can affect fertility in some cases.
Try not to stress out too much til the biopsy...this will inform you everything you need to know.
