High Cholesterol Diet ... how?

I just discovered that i own high Cholesterol surrounded by my blood test.. Am a femail 35 yrs matured. looking for the best diet and lifestyle..?

Stay away from fried fatty foods. Grill, scorch or broil meats.
Eat LOTS of veggies. And try to start a modest exercise routine if you don't already enjoy one. Walking is great way to start.
