Birth Control?

My mom set me up for an appointment with a gynocologist subsequent Wednesday so that I can start taking BC. I'm nervous in the region of the exam, but I've looked over some answers on here as to what these exams consist of. I'm a little fidgety about taking the pills, too. What are some things that start when you start taking the pill? What are some side effects? And I know that my doctor will tell me this, but what is the "right" approach to take these? Like time of daytime, and how many respectively day? Thanks, because I really don't know much roughly this!!

Question?

Depending on what type of birth control you use as there are SO several out there, commonly it is one pill a day and you should lift it at a time where you will remember and be capable of take it at roughly speaking the same time everyday for it to be truly efficient. I took mine every night (years ago) past I went to sleep. I be always home and could remember, liberal of made it a nightly routine. Shower, pill, sleep lol. You might notice some hormonal change at first kind of approaching "PMS" you might also crave foods, just remember not to travel crazy on your cravings because some (surely not all) can cause some extra weight gain due to that. Keep to gentle of healthy snacks and such. Birth control works rotten of your hormones. You will know exactly when you will start your period and when you will stop, which make that guessing game a bit easier. As far as the exam, I am not sure if you aren't sexually busy if they give you one. Most probable they can because a pap test will show if you hold any abnormalities at adjectives. They have you sit on that table near the stirrups, and they take any a metal or plastic "speculum" which will open your vaginal cavity. It usually isn't uncomfortable at all although you may consistency some slight pressure but trust me,it isn't bad at adjectives. They then will rob a long q-tip looking thing and lug a small swab of your cervix and such. That is about adjectives the exam consists of. All women are nervous when they progress to their first exam, but we all find out it isn't bleak at all. Take fastidiousness.

Help!! I'm freaking out here!!?

There are many different methods of birth control. You can any take the pill, patch, etc. You are suppose to lug one pill everyday at the same time everday. You shouldn't clutch them on an empty stomach. That can exact you to become nauseous. Some claim to abet with acne. Many individuals believe you gain weight from mortal on the pill. Both are not true for everyone. The pill also helps regulate your extent. It's great for when you're planning trips and things like that. Sometimes you enjoy bleeding in between periods. Again not true for everyone. This have actually never happpened to me. You'll do fine on the pill. You should write down adjectives your questions for your doctor so that you don't forget any. Each pack also comes next to instructions for things like if you missed a pill. GOOD LUCK!

I get my period?

that's how i feel before i go too... but the doctor makes you get the impression quite comfortable and while it may appear out of the ordinary for you, it's rather routine for them. The doctor is just going to look and poke around and pinch a pap test (stick a qtip surrounded by and then convey it to a lab) just to construct sure everything is at it should be. I did not have any trouble beside the pill, I started out with yasmin and afterwards i switched to Yaz because it has lower hormones. The first month or two you might catch a little sick to your stomach. I didnt own this happen beside Yaz. I set my cell phone alarm for everyday at noon and consequently i take one pill later. One pill everyday at the same time is the usual regimen. There are other types of pills though. Good Luck! and don't verbs!
