I live in Canada , and i know that our form care plan covers breast reduction if it is proven that your significant breasts are causing you back, d??colletage and shoulder pain. Perhaps if that is what is taking place to you too. I suggest a call to KMO and ask what their criteria is to have it covered by them or phone call the Dr.
