What age are you supposed to start doing breast checks?
I mean when you self-check at home, approaching in front of a mirror. What age does a woman inevitability to start doing this?
And do you know any cool facts, like the age stock most people find breast cancer? Im still young-looking I just thought I'd ask since I never self-check at home. I've have the pamphlets beforehand but I jsut never do it.

You can start the SBE (Self Breast Exam) at home at any age you like. It's better to start immediately so you can come to know what your natural breasts have a feeling like, so if you ever do consistency a slight difference, you will notice hastily. Just remember-always do a self breast exam once a month after you get out of the shower.
Use 3 fingers and circle around your breast, pressing down 3 times (pushing street lamp, medium, and hard). Never whip your fingers off of your breast when moving to a current spot-you might miss something. It's best to lightly drag your fingers.
When you're infront of a mirror, first put on a pedestal your arms up to see if either breast looks different from one another. They should look matching while your arms are raised above your pave the way. Secondly, bend forward while infront of the mirror still, and look at how your breasts hang. They should be impossible to tell apart while freely hanging down. Lastly, lay flat on your backbone *make sure it's the floor-lay on a towel if you like*. Lift your head up slightly and look at how your breasts flow to the side. Again, they should look alike.
If you notice any difference, even newly the slightest change, you want to see a doctor and have him/her examine your breasts, and (even though they are painful) possibly find a mammogram.
As for breast cancer facts, as far as I know, you can get it as babyish as 16.
