Overweight?

I am not obsessed near my weight, but I quality a little overweight. I am 5 ft 4 surrounded by and I am 120 pounds. Is that normal? I cogitate it is, but I feel resembling my stomach and thighs are too big.

I would say that bulk is normal . 120 for your size and your cargo seems ok .
Some individuals can look thin , but may enjoy bigger hips , its how your proportioned sometimes .

That is my exact weight and rank. I know I am within common range but I own had three kids and other have a touch extra around the middle. I think that FEELING robust is the most important piece. If you are in polite shape it should be easy to stride a couple of nights a week. You wouldn't want to do anything to build too much muscle because muscle usually make you look bigger when you have a small frame. Anyway you look at it, you are the size that you are suppose to be.

BMI does not take into narrative muscle mass. You can take two women who weigh 130 and if one is more round and one is more muscle, the one with more muscle is going to look alot thinner. So of late ask yourself if you feel natural and the numbers on the scale wont thing. Oh and if you skip meals to lose counterweight, you will actually gain bulk first because your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto flab to keep itself locked. Anyways, I am 5'0 and weigh 150, im supposed to weigh 110, but i am also a powerlifter and a wrestler, so i am NOT fat, i only just have alot of muscle.
