Last month, my husband and I had sex the hours of darkness before I started my extent. I woke up the next daytime and saw that I had started my spell, and my cramps were so discouraging it was almost unacceptable. Is there any coralation between the 2 things? I've hear that sex sometimes relieves bad cramps, but it seem to do the opposite for me. Any relieve would be great! Thanks:)

Can you get pregnant short having sex?

If this be just once, i would not verbs about it too much, but if it happen again perhaps you are holding your body so tightly during sex that you are literally constricting your blood and activeness patterns? Concentrate on loosening up whenever you can. If this is not the casing, I suggest you go see your gynecologist because one should not own bad cramps after sex, other it should have ease your period pains.
