Left breast feel "bruised"?

My left breast feel like I bruised it . It basically started this morning when I woke up. It is SO tender to touch and hurts to lift my gone arm and everything. I hauled logs yesterday, but I don't remember doing anything to it. I don't be aware of any lumps or anything abnormal and it looks completely typical, it just hurts close to crazy. I normally own a little affliction before my extent, but this feels different and it's on one and only in one breast. My youngest child is 9, so I haven't breast feed recently. Do you reflect I may have bumped it or could something else be wrong? How long should I keep on until I see the doctor.

I think you may enjoy injured your pectoral muscle, underneath your breast, when you were hauling logs. This is why it hurts to move your arm. Try rime and ibuprofen for the swelling, and if the pain doesn't develop in a couple of days, consult your physician.
