I think this depends on who you are...age, types of book preferences...anything. When I was surrounded by my mid-twenties I read a book called The Celestine Prophecy. It is a bit of an antic story, but has 9 discoveries to revise about enthusiasm...it was unambiguously a "feel good" genus of book. If it is after a relationship, there's a story I read call "God on a Harley." It also has so tradition to live by. Now, if you're talking body portrait, I guess you're looking for something more like Total Body Workout (I ruminate that's what it's called). Good luck to you...and happy reading!
